Well the weekly motivator went down the drain, it was to entertain me and I never had time to update it so meh whatever. Tomorrow I’m going to a senior get together featuring my dads brother and his wife, my aunt. They’re talented country singers, I myself dislike that particular genre but I get to spend time with my family and help with senior citizens getting out and having fun. I’ll be taking my iMac with me and doing some audio recording for them. We’ll see how it goes, should be great fun. I’ve also updated the WP install to 2.6 and installed the Darknight 2.0 theme.

Well, my grandmother had posterior lumbar spinal fusion. She went in on the 13th at about 8:52 am, school was cancelled for the second day in a row but I was going rain, snow, no snow, or all hell breaking loose and the apocalypse coming. She got out of surgery on time at about 11:40 or so, so about 3-4 hours, normal. Well lets see, what was not normal was:
- Fire alarm being activated and shouting “Fire on floor 5, air handling utility closet B”
- Dad getting 2nd degreeish burns in the cafeteria full of nurses, administrators and doctors, none of which helped until after we were done eating when a surgical nurse named Lisa came to see how he was, gave him an Ice pack and escorted us to security to file a report.
- Fire alarm going off because of a fire at a nurses station 50 minutes before we arrives at 8:10am
The doctors anticipated a stay of about 4-7 days, she got out today, on her third day (incl the day of surgery).
Now shes in a nursing home/rehabilitation clinic….
LETS JUST TALK ABOUT THAT ONE!!
My friend Brian’s myspace name is currently Go kick rocks……..KID :]. Well thats what the rehabilitation center can go do. We arrive and shes put into room 109 bed A. BED A!! yes its not a private room. WTF!! Why on earth would they have non private rooms?! Natalie, her quiet roomate has the TV so loud we got granny some earplugs. The phone fell because it was rapped around the stand so fucking many times it took me getting on my knees to fix the shit, and this ghetto ass place had a note for her, “Forward all calls to..for Larry ***** to Room 112-B” (bed B). WTF, you forward them you ghetto ass hoes! Get a fucking automated phone system that has extensions assigned to each phone line and stop taking every damned number in the town of Westerville!!! It would be cheaper!! Cheaper like your TVs with no head phones and only a curtain in between beds to “climate undesired noises” wtf. Dont get me started on that place, its one of four and that branch is the best?! Hell no…. which brings us to something else…. the transit..
The bloke who transported my granny I hope someone at Mount Carmel East is reading this!! would not shut up about “how bad these fucking somalians are”, excuse me? Thats 1) racist, 2) unprofessional 3) rude as hell. Then he went on about women not being able or deserving to handle/be in the Office of President. To top it off he didnt stfu about his “girlfriend”, since when are pornos+hand+blow up doll a motherfucking god damned girlfriend?
As a matter of course, bitch is getting reported. OH PS. if someone who works at mount carmel east is reading, your nurses on floor 5 type in the door codes all nice, noticibal and so terribly obviously that I know the code is 1-*-*-3

I’ve not blogged in quite a while I see. I shall therefore, blog. Well, school started, I now attend Northeast Career Center and my same high school as usual (Centennial HS). For half of the day I am at NECC and the otherhalf I am at CHS. I am enrolled in the Cisco Networking Academy. So far I’ve got the highest grade in the class and am working very hard at it. Second, I’m currently in training for a volunteer staff position at CCN. A site I’ve been with since 2004, a small 14-25 year olds, teen, family friendly chat site. I also got to go to The National Air Force Museum at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton. I got to miss Friday the 11th for it too >.>, so I got to have lunch with my cousin Angela, my uncle, her dad, and my father. A Fun day! I took pictures and will post them after school today (I must leave soon :p.) So Many things going on. I can’t wait to get Vista Ultimate this Christmas!
I also applied for the opening in the Customer Services Associate (CSA) position at my library, which happens to be one of the top three library systems in the nation (the Columbus Metropolitan Libraries, if your interested.) With so much going on I have had very little time for everything, sorry :(. On a much sadder( is that even a word?! ) note me and Christina broke up on Oct 5th 07

Well, two days ago I must say I had a great day indeed. I spent a day with my aunt and uncle in Dayton. I got two see my two cousins who live down there, Aaron and Angela. Angela reminds me more of a 17 year old than she does a 26 year old. I gave her a belated anniversary gift that did not work so that sucks, but it was a video so I uploaded it to my server instead. My aunt was in the hospital the previous day with a 190 something pulse and a blood glucose level of over 300. We spent about an hour and forty five minutes or so at Max and Erma’s restaurant, most of the time the parents talked while me and Angee talked about Video games. (GO HELLCLAN! XD And flight sims!) (Aaron was at work.) So it was a great day that was topped off by a four hour game of a very routy Uno.

During the whole thing about Vince McMahon’s “death” I instantly disbelieved it. I then googled it and found articles from the local newspaper of the county where he “died.” These articles stated that the 911 Supervisors, when interviewed admitted that no emergency services were called. County officials also released as per public record requirements that a pyrotechnics company was issued permits to use explosives. Instant disproval. Now Chris Benoit is dead. Or is he? From research so far, I’ve found CNN has nothing on it. Also my dad was looking Chris Benoit up and found that he was found dead 26 minutes ago (time is currently 8:15) but there was a three hour memorial program? That makes no sense, unless he was killed on prpose or somebody is faking more deaths and screwed up. More to come.

School is ending on June 7th, the seniors left on the 31st, me and my friend Christian are presenting a project we’ve worked on for over a month. Its going to take 2 more days of presentation. We already spent an entire period on Friday. Its on the economics and history of the US space program. I got an A on a Tundra Biome project for Biology I worked on with 2 of my freshman friends and a B on a 9 week Ecology Book project. In computer I have a C until I turn in my “Turn a poem into a slideshow” project. In math I finally have an A!!!!! In Intro to World Lit I have a 74.83%(C), I never turned ALL of my assignments in, well in fact only a couple are missing. I’m (hopefully) applying for a job at Pop-Eyes Chicken and Biscuits restaurant this Tuesday, on Wednesday I have a Teen Advisory Board meeting at my library, and am again a VolunTeen Assistant (Summer Reading Club Volunteens report to me, I report to the SRC coordinator). This year the VTAs for the SRC are being taken more seriously, as are the regular VolunTeens. And Again, my local library system, Columbus Metropolitan Library (with 20 branches, and 2 affiliate library systems) is voted as one of the best in the nation! In 2005 we were number one on the Hennen’s American Public Library Ratings list, for 2006 we’re number 3! Were also celebrating our 100th anniversary!
If you live in a city that has a summer reading club at the library system, register!

I was deeply disturbed today, I was talking to some kids on the bus and they said “oh you have a girlfriend?” I said yes. “Have you tapped that?” No, I replied. Then another said “Bro, that’s the reason you get with girls!” I was shocked, I cant believe we have this many hoes in our generation. I though I knew one of them, the one who started the conversation, obviously I did not. I can’t believe this sorta thing is even said, this is shocking to me, I now know what the jocks in Centennial are really likeā¦sluts. And I could care less if they read this, its my opinion and I’ve got the right, if they don’t like it too bad, theres nothing they can do. Wonder where those sterotypes come from? Not anymore, put more stock in them not? Absolutely.
